Inter House Cultural Competition
Sainik School Kodagu regularly hosts many inter and intra school fests and cultural events. While the intra school fests intend to explore the talents of the students within the houses, the inter school fests like sahodaya dramatics competition are organised inviting participation from various CBSE cluster schools

Along with discovering and boosting various talents, these fests also implant the skills of event organisation and management in the cadets and help them develop qualities of effective leadership, team spirit and sportsmanship. Thus, the school indeed focuses on enhancing the lives of our cadets and endorses both curricular and extracurricular activities. These cultural fests offer a spectrum of excitement and are skillfully customised to challenge the 'intellect' and "aesthetics" of the participants.

Inter House Cultural Competition was organised on 30 Sep and 1 Oct ’19 at multipurpose Hall. The Chief Guest of the function was Lt Col Seema Tripathi, the officiating Principal. Sqn Ldr RK Dey ,the Administrative Officer and Medical Officer of the school were present for the competition.

The jury adjudged the house teams based on their performance in Group Dance,Group Song ,Folk Dance, Emcee, Skit and Special Programme .The special Programme was exclusively based on the philosophy /teachings of Gandhiji to commemorate his 150th birth anniversary. All the houses participated with full zest and zeal.
