you are advised to clear the pending fee dues of your ward prior to reopening of school for classes VI to VIII w.e.f 07 Mar 2022. You and your ward may have to face inconvenience and restrictions at the time of reporting to school in case fee dues are not cleared in time.
Dear parents,
please pay the 2nd half of tuition fee for the year 2021-22 in respect of your ward immediately otherwise there will be restrictions to report to the school and attend online/ offline classes.

1. All cadets of class IX to XII shall report to the school on following dates-
17 Feb 2022 – Class XII
18 Feb 2022 – Class X
23 Feb 2022 – Class XI
24 Feb 2022 – Class IX
2. Cadets while reporting to school should submit the vaccination certificate of having taken the second dose of Covid vaccine. Those cadets who had tested positive recently should submit a certificate from the doctor mentioning the due date of taking second dose of Covid vaccine. The cadets should have cleared the fee due on the date of reporting. If the fee is not cleared, the cadets will not be allowed to attend online/ offline classes.
Dear Parents, your wards who have been administered the first doze of vaccine on 05JAN 2022 are hereby intimated that the second doze is due on 5FEB 2022.However,all those cadets who are tested positive may take advice from the Medical practitioner before they get second doze of vaccination
Due to rapid surge of new Omicron and COVID-19 cases in the State and Country, the decision regarding commencement of physical classes for Cl VI to VIII is further postponed.
This order will be reviewed again by end of this month based on the amended guidelines being issued in this regard by the Central and State Government from time to time.
Notwithstanding the above, parents are requested to forward their consent letters in the prescribed format enclosed herewith.
Dear Parent, Please pay the 2nd half of tuition fee for the year 2021-22 in respect of your ward immediately ONLY through CANARA EASY FEE by logging into the school website sainikschoolkodagu.edu.in and clicking on the link https://payments.billdesk.com/bdcollect/pay?p1=6948p=15 by entering cadet’s Roll. No. and Date of birth. Other modes of payment will not be reflected in the final statement. Delay in fee payment beyond 30 Nov 2021 will attract a penalty of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) per day until the fee is completely paid.
Component of other fees such as Diet charges, Pocket money, Clothing, Contingence Charges and Miscellaneous expenses can be paid by parents of Class VI to VIII on re-opening of the school.

Keeping in view of the safety of cadets appearing in Term-I CBSE exam in the school, the decision on resuming physical classes for CI VI to VIII would be taken after the completion of board exams subject to manageable Covid 19 pandemic situation at that point in time!
Parents and Cadets of CI VI to VIII are advised to wait for further update by fourth week of Dec 21 and until then you ar3e requested not to make repeated correspondence with school in this regard!
