Elocution

Inter-House Kannada Elocution Competition 2017-18 was held at Dr Radhakrishnan Hall on 31 Aug 2017. Gp Capt R R Lall, Principal, Sainik School Kodagu was the Chief Guest for the competition. Lt Col Manisha Sharma, Vice-Principal was also present on the occasion. The competition was held in two categories namely juniors and seniors. Totally there were 16 participants, two cadets representing each House. Principal gave away the prizes to the winners and congratulated all the participants for putting up the best show. Other staff members were also present on the occasion.

Essay Writting

Inter-House Kannada Essay Writing Competition was held on 19 Jul 2017. There were two categories viz seniors and juniors. 05 cadets from each House took part in the competition to get three prizes in each category. The Department of Kannada organized and conducted the competition.

Kannada and English Recitation Competition for the year 2017-18 was conducted on 21 July 2017. Dr Richard Vincent D’Souza, District Commissioner and District Magistrate, Kodagu District graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Gp Capt RR Lall, Principal, Lt Col Manisha Sharma, Vice Principal, Sqdn Ldr D Matthew, Administrative Officer, faculty members and staff members were also present on the occasion. There were eight and sixteen participants in the Kannada and English Recitation Competition respectively.
